What is the production time?
Golf balls, ping pong balls, ornaments, baseball bats, zipper pulls, magnets, mirrors, and key chains are typically shipped within 2-3 business days from art approval. Can koozies, Coffee mugs, and water bottles have a production time of 5-7 business days from art approval.

What is delivery time?
UPS ground is dependent on your location from Portland OR. Western U.S. is 1-3 business days, Central – 4 days, Eastern is 5 business days. It will take a week to most locations in the east. Please refer to map below:

Do you ship to Canada?
The designer is not currently setup for shipping to Canada. Our Canadian friends can create and save your design and contact us directly by phone or email to place your order.

What brands of golf balls do you print?
The online designer has Titleist Tours and our white golf balls with no manufacturing markings on the ball so the only message you see is your own. We can print most any brand you like. Just contact us with your ball choice for a quote.

Can I supply my own golf balls for you to print?
Yes.  We can print them for you. Please contact us for pricing and turnaround time.

What are your ink colors for single color golf balls?
Blue, dark blue, light blue, green, dark green, red, bordeaux red, pink, brown, black, silver, gold, orange, purple, and brilliant green.

Can I place an order without going through the design process?
Yes we are more than happy to layout your design for you. You can place your order through www.giftgolfballs.com or www.logoprintusa.com where you can pick your clipart and text options. Once we have your order information, we will email you a proof for your approval. You can also contact us directly with your design requirements.

What is the minimum order?
Most products have a minimum of just one item. All our products have very low minimums with the highest minimum being one dozen on ping pong balls.

Why is there a setup on some items and not the others?
Each item has a specific imprint method. Some will need either a screen or plate to be burned. Items that are digitally printed have a direct print with no need for plates or screens.

What is the difference between the single color and full color golf balls?
Single color golf balls are pad printed where a plate is needed. Full color golf balls are digitally printed and allow for photos and multi color logos to be printed. Pad printed golf balls will hold up better under play than a digital print will. Digital prints are great for souvenirs and mementos.

What forms of payment do you accept?   
Online designer payments are processed through Paypal, though you do not need a Paypal account to checkout. Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover are accepted. We also except credit cards by phone or we can email you an invoice that you can pay securely from.

We do not collect or store any credit card information on this site.
